Training

So I have started training for the Columbus Half Marathon. I figured trying to do 1-2 half marathons a year would keep me in shape and the Columbus Half is close by, cheaper than Disney and most importantly FLAT, which is my number 1 requisite!

I am in week 1 of training using Hal Higdon's Intermediate Half Marathon Training Guide. Tomorrow will be 5 miles. Today I ran 3 in about 30 min. My goal in training for this marathon is only to beat my last time of 2:21:36.
